I was looking at the different licenses,
and saw that Personal license got "Make windows apps",
that means it export the game to .exe file?

Yes, using node-webkit.
I suggest you read the manual on node-webkit: scirra.com/manual/162/node-webkit
Essentially it's a .exe file that loads the html5 like a browser, but without the url bar or tabs or other interfering objects
And not to be confused with Windows 8 Apps which are totally different.
Just wanted to know if it was a standalone file. :)
