i noticed the bar requesting offline usage at top of browser,

i wonder if it makes sense if you dont use webstorage, you can remove it from the index.hmtl but i think it should only generate this code once you implement webstorage behavior, its not a big thing now but just saying <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

unless i'm mistaken that bar is for downloading the whole game for offline use. not for webstorage, but i could be wrong. Also i believe you can remove it by removing the manifest="offline.appcache"> tag in the index.html but im not sure what this does to server game play.

ah i guess you're right, and the content wouldn't stay in cache because off the canvas container then, okey
