mobile ad networks never say how much they are taking for click (CPC) or install (CPI). You only see your final income, eCPM etc.

example: for some time LeadBolt was paying 10% for refferals (so if reffered dev earned 500$, then other dev get 50$), so they already have system

Every dev has account manager
