Please Help me with a scrolling background on the x axis

Hello,

I can not figure out how to make a background scroll to the left. I have searched many times, and I can not seem to find exactly what I am looking for. I read this tutorial,

and I tried to alter the code to fit my needs, and it didn't work. I can get the background to scroll seamlessly to the right, but i need it to go left. I am using a rather large tiled background. ( It is 1605 by 574, but i know it scrolls) So any help would be much appreciated. I also looked at kyatric's .capx, but it didn't help me either.

Why don't you post your capx for us to see the problem..? This way we could point out what's wrong and propose a solution.

eli0s is right. We need a capx to see your problem directly. If you don't want to post your game's source, then reproduce this problem in a blank project.

i want it scrolling like this, only the other way. When i follow the tutorials instructions on making it go the other way, it just stops moving. Please help me
