A simple look revealed the file en-US.xml in ..\Construct 2\languages , but inside it is the following warning message:

The translation feature of Construct 2 was never finished. You cannot use this file to translate Construct 2 in to another language. Changing any text in this file will cause bugs in the editor.

So I don't think is it possible at the moment without causing some bugs.
