    This could make so many more construct 2 developers happpy, and likely lots of steps closer to purchasing the buisness license.

    Many developers already have games available, this could rapidly spread 100s of existing games made with construct 2.

  • Has anyone gotten the API fully working in a C2 game?

  • Using EncryptedCow's plugin and with some help from Luke at FGL I was able to get to get the SDK running at least. When it's properly setup in the Index.html file, you should get this screen first.

    I'm going to do the next steps of testing now and go from there.

    I managed to get the 1.2 api 100% working and got it to do preview from C2.

    I didn't use any plugins. To release to FGL I suspect the developer would still have to hack the index. But since my fgl capx api works from preiview mode it's convenient for testing.

  • How did you make it work on preview?

    I changed the C:\Program Files\Construct 2\exporters\html5\templates preview.html and preview-fs .html to include the fgl.js and start game, but it throws error on fgl parts.

    For the exports it works perfect.

  • Hi... so do we have a reliable way to implement the new 1.2 api? Previously I used this: scirra.com/tutorials/790/implement-fgl-html-5-api-in-construct-2 and it worked like a charm. Now it seems we need another plugin?

  • For the new version I replaced the fgl.js with the new one and modify line 416 to:

    self.overlay. self.overlay.ontouchend = function(){

    so that the api to work on mobiles.

    But beware they haven't payed me for games I submitted on 6 january so the whole thing might be a big fake offer.

  • Nope, they've payed me for a game so I can confirm this is legit. Took a while with the payment though. Also they've been making some changes to the submission process so there might be a delay, too.

  • How well do they pay? Is it based on impressions, or for submitting a game with the API in place?
