The Future:2030 Competition Discussion

I don't know about holiday on the moon but while searching for theme i found that there will be a hotel in the space and new kinds of planes will be there which fly out from earths gravity pretty easily. Water will also be a big problem along with population and ofcource robots will be there dominating human race... haha

Hey, how to enter the competition? i've just seen it, just post the game on the newground before 15 of june, or something ??

I have a question. You mention the theme is Future 2030; is it OK to create a game revolving around someone's life in the year 2030 but doesn't directly discuss the future itself. The story however does happen in the future -- would it be considered an OK entry then? Or wouldn't that work?

Here's a little snippet of something I'm putting the finishing touches onto for this comp. It's taken on a bit of a life of its own and has absorbed pretty much all of my spare time. It's a good old fashioned shoot-em-up and was inspired by one of my favorite arcade games from the 80's. If it generates any interest then I'll develop it further beyond this comp, and if not - meh... it's been fun!
