NWJS is a really neat thing that allows me to export construct 2 games as desktop app,
it requires me to install NWJS first to export.
The question is does my customers needs to install NWJS themselves?
They don't. It's all packaged together when you export. You just have to provide the files and it should run.
That is comforting to hear ,
i know players dun have as much patience as game creators to just install another file.
But they might have to install the web DirectX contents coming with the NW.js installer if I know right.
If the game is release through steam, DirectX could be installed when the game is launched the 1st time.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
Most games demand that.
I would assume that a Steam gamer userbase would know to keep their graphics drivers updated
