> Alright so I’ve been working with a freelancer to develop a game in Construct 2 and eventually he’ll send me the APK to send to the Google Play Store. This freelancer has a Construct 2 license but I do not, eventually I was planning to buy a license so I could update the game myself, can I do this? I feel like I can as this is done with big companies, you have the developers then the publishers.

I am currently seeking clarification, but from previous similar posts, I would say that if you intend to gain financially, then you are in violation of the free license agreement.
In addition, looking at the licensing terms it looks like any user who creates an APK for you which has bypassed the free license limitation may also be in violation of the terms.

This is just from my understanding from previous similar posts, but as soon as I get any info from Tom I'll let you know.
Cheers
Hm... Well I was going to do it this way as the Construct 2 pricing is expensive, then if I reach $5000 in revenue I’ll have to upgrade, that’s a small investment for me. I really wish Construct 2 does what Construct 3 does, for indie developers allow unlimited revenue on personal plans, then again I have to worry about $100 a year rather than the one-time payment, it’s tough.
zenox98 Where can I go to learn more about the Construct 3 pricing? The biggest concern is if I don’t pay for next years $99, will I just lose the right to make revenue? It’s very confusing.
