[EFFECT] TiltShift and lense blur effect

Add 'Tilt Shift' and Depth of field effects to your photos.

'Tester version' Work in Progress..

You will also need my 'basicBlur effect' to use the above.

(latest version inside Rar file)

1, Download Rar...install fx files.

2, Run Demo Capx.

3, Use the 'Preset Buttons' on right of screen to view some examples.

The 'Preset's will only work for the photo included with the Capx file.

Each Photo will require different Param Settings.

Sample Photo's and basic usage txt files included in download.

It's a cool effect.

As I recall CC had a shader that would let you use a mask to blur based on a heightmap.

Custom shapes, variable blur that way.

Blurmask vertical, and horizontal. You kind of need both to get a decent blur.

Hey chrisbrobs! Nice work. I did this blur for layers. Can you make option like invert "opacity-focus" to outside? This will help me to get rid of the second blur layer. Check my capx.

Just FYI this effect appears to work fine on my pc. No idea why some of your others don't, although between Gigatron and matriax (in THIS thread) they seemed to fix it..
