Pause

(Update: 2012/01/08)

Pause = set timescale to 0

This plugin helps user to add "pause" feature easily.

"Action: toggle pasue" is to toggle current pause state.

If switch from "run" to "pause", it will

1. save current timescale

2. set timescale to 0

3. trigger "Condition: On pause"
- Add actions below "Condition: On pause" like create a menu.
If switch from "pause" to "run", it will

1. set timescale to previous saved timescale

2. trigger "Condition: On resume".
- Add actions below "Condition: On pause" like destroy a menu.
Example

Press "Space" key to toggle pause.

Welcome to C2.

Right now I want to make games for Windows.

C2 can't export games to .EXE so I'm not interested in C2 yet. Thanks anyway!

If i pause game i can still change angle (change angle to cursor direction) of object and spawn another objects (bullets are freezes)

delgado, Add a variable, Instance or global doesn't matter, and name BulletsPaused or Angle Paused.
then in your event where your shooting or changing angle, Add another condition:

system.EveryTick:

If(AnglePaused = false)

-> SetSpriteAngleTowardPosition(Mouse.x, Mouse.y)

And something similar for the bullets,

Then on pause resume set it to false, or to 0 if using global varaibles.

Yes you can change the angle, the pause is only to set the dt to 0.

smitchell provides another way to detect if now is paused, you can use "Condition:Is pause" from pause plugin, too.
