one way would be to keep a count of the number of blocks and deduct 1 each time 1 gets destroyed.
then finish level when gets to 0
add another image point to the position you want to spawn the bullet and spawn it on this image point
Have a look at the simple lighting demo in the beginner examples it will show you all you need to know to get this effect

Not exactly sure what your trying to achieve but if both have platform behaviour on them them controls will move both objects which is why the box is following the players movement
