I can't find the Click the origin and image points tool in Construct 3

I am following the BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO CONSTRUCT 3. Everything was going well until I get to this point in to the tutorial. Trying to find the Click the origin and image points tool. Here two pictures to show the problem I am having. Picture 1 is what the guide showing me what I need to do. Picture 2 is what I am seeing in my Edit Animation workflow. In my Edit Animation, the origin and image point tool is not showing up. I look forward to any help and thanks for your time.

You can "resize" the main panel and the "Animation 1 Frames (1)" panel.

This will display more tools in the toolbar on the left.

And when going down enough, you'll find the image points and collision mask icons.

if you scroll down in the tool sidebar on the left side of the image editor it will show the other tools
