Is the "Set Color" sprite function in Construct 3 usable only for WebGL?

Is it possible to load an image from IMAGE folder?

I just saw examples that shows how to import an image to a project and load it from FILES folder... if I export the game like this, the image will be in the root, I want it to be in IMAGE FOLDER and load it from there.

I imported my game using Iframe to a PAGE.html in my website , I would like to call a java script function from my game from the PAGE.html

How can the page.html comunicate with the game by calling a java script function?

Does anyone know how to do it?
