How do I load image from Image Folder ?

Is it possible to load an image from IMAGE folder?

I just saw examples that shows how to import an image to a project and load it from FILES folder... if I export the game like this, the image will be in the root, I want it to be in IMAGE FOLDER and load it from there.

Load image from URL > "IMAGE\image.png"?
