  • RowelCaps If your a beginner i wouldn't try implementing 3D things in a 2D engine. But what you could do is have a variable named size then set every tick set paper size to size.

    Then you can manipulate the variable and have it set to 90 then have an event that says every tick take away 1 from size but you wouldn't do this until the player has flicked the paper. Personally I would get used to C2 and make a few game prototypes before trying something complicated like this! Good luck in your project! If you need any further help just!   • JayH So basically What you do Is When you want to fade to out to your next layout or level add your event so player on collision with finish flag set your fade block to fade in and then you have a system wait 1.0 sec then say go to layout 2 and i presume you have a fade in event for that layout aswell

  • MexicanBurrito some C2 addons have been converted but if you wait awhile more will come out but the simple answer to you question is no not unless the SDK has been converted by the owner/ founder of the plugin

  • JayH what I always do is have a layer named fade which is at the top and have a massive black block covering the whole layout and name it fadeblock (I know you wont be able to see your project but lock the layer and set the fade block invisible). Then add the fade behaviour to your fadeblock and then in the event sheet put on start of layout fade block set visible set fade out and start fade and then to fade to another layout put your trigger in this case on player touches finish line/flag fade block set fade to fade in start fade wait 1 sec go to layout 2

  • georeb for the movement Have a look at the RTS template (the one where you click the mouse and the mini tanks move along to where you clicked) You can set it every tick if you don't want the player to click

    I just looked at the RTS example infact its pretty much what your looking for you just need to add a few lines of code that make your army grow then code some basic AI and your done

  • bigkemp what you could do is add the 8 direction behaviour and simply have the player move to simple points on a layer with 0parralax
