How do I Make a Sprite Jump like in Ninjump

Im looking for a way to make my Sprite (=Hero) ,

jump from one side to the other just like in ninjump.

to move from one side to the other and back its easy, what Im having trouble with is making it jump in a parabola..

any ideas how to do this correctly?

maybe use the sine behavior to move the hero in an arc?

bigkemp what you could do is add the 8 direction behaviour and simply have the player move to simple points on a layer with 0parralax
