    Why have you posted a C3 bug in the C2 bug reporting section?

    C3 bugs should be reported on the C3 Bug Tracker on GitHub.

  • If you haven't installed the license yet, and for anyone else looking for similar answers, you need to follow the manual section for installing license here: https://www.scirra.com/manual/14/using-a-license.

    The important part is the following:

    Have you had the email with your redeem code (check spam folder just in case) ? You have the badge so the system has recognised you own a license.

    If yes, go to the Store and select 'Redeem a code' to get your license.

    C2 itself can just be downloaded from the footer of the forum or from the Releases section.

    If you haven't got the redeem code, email and ask them to help you.

    Can somebody help me ? , there is a bug in my project and it is not fixed someone helps me (I gave the project to fix it) the bug is that in 3 player mode you can not finish the game. Help (I am noob programer)

    What you have posted doesn't give anywhere near enough information to allow anyone to help.

    Try to be specific about the problem, and tell us what the symptoms are.

    If at all possible, post your .capx on here for others to assist you.

    Probably better if you give more information, such as a link to the game, or what the game mechanic involves.

    Your level of experience is also important, just to determine whether you may be over-reaching too early, which can be very disheartening for new developers.

  • i just paid for the paid version but i cant find it i get ll the asset bundle pack an the licence agreement ut i cant seem to find the software to download it

    The asset download link is available from within C2 when you click the 'About' icon. You should see a highlighted link called 'Download media bundle'.

  • So I have an alternate username and I know the email it is attached to. I put the information in the password reset screen and It is not sending the information to my email. This is a big problem as its the one I bought Construct 2 with. I get the feeling it was hijacked. I checked my spam folders and trash. Nothing. I thought maybe it was something on my end so I tried resetting with this account and it was flawless. Can anyone help?!

    You really need to email and give them all the details. A Scirra employee should then be able to help.

  • Now that C3 is available how long does Scirra plan on supporting C2 with such things as bug fixes and new features?

    I am currently playing one of my favorite games that is World of Tanks. This game is really awesome!

  • Maybe a post in the QR plugin thread highlighted in the OP asking if anyone still has the plugin may be your best bet. I've checked myself but I don't have it, but it is definitely possible someone else still does have it.

    Otherwise, it may need someone to re-write using the SDK, which is not an easy option.

  • could it be an issue with me putting an image in my post using bbcode?

    One thing that does occur occasionally is that a user can be highlighted (sometimes incorrectly) as a spammer by the automated system, and then any posts they make would be deleted automatically.

    I would recommend emailing so a Scirra employee can check. Hopefully Tom will be able to sort it out for you.
