    If you do a search you will find some useful information and examples that can get you going, but your first step should really be the manual and some of the beginner tutorials, or you will struggle to even understand the examples.

    As it stipulates when purchasing from the store, if you have a problem email support — and they will hopefully deal with you as soon as they can.

    In the mean time, have you checked that the purchase went through correctly with Paypal? If so, ensure to check the spam folder of your email in case the redeem code has gone to it by accident.

    I set the Simulate Platform pressing right or left ,it didn't work, but pressing up work right.

    Where i was wrong?

    Without seeing either a screenshot of your events or a .capx it's just a guessing game.

    Please be patient. As it says in the Bug Reporting Requirements it may take a few weeks for Ashley to get around to fully investigate the bug reports, especially now his focus is on C3.

    If any other user can offer any assistance in the meantime, I'm sure they will, but you would need to fully comply with the reporting requirements, and include a minimal .capx and precise steps to recreate.

  • It's getting better....slowly. Took me less than 5 minutes to clean the spam waves out this morning whereas it was taking up to 2 hours.

    The system needs to be constantly tuned to minimise such attacks and that takes a little while, but I think we're getting there.

    Reporting of the unusal posts is much harder to find and reports are most welcome for these.
