How do I use button to control a platform model to go left or right? i want to control it in on mobile.

I set the Simulate Platform pressing right or left ,it didn't work, but pressing up work right.

Where i was wrong?

Without seeing either a screenshot of your events or a .capx it's just a guessing game.
