  • Do they get an error? Security issues is very broad, it could even be at their branch they are only allowed to visit whitelisted urls for example.

The browsers they use, and the error message they get would be useful!

  • We did this before, but our requirements for this have changed slightly so we can't use the older ones unfortunately!

If anyone can do this for us we will be very grateful and most appreciative!

We're currently adding a testimonials page to the site, could people who have used Construct 2 and are experienced with it please email tom@scirra.com with:

    • Title of the email "Construct 2 Testimonial"
    • A short review, this can be between 1 and 5 paragraphs long
    • Your full name
    • Your country
    • Your website URL and/or business name (if you have one, don't worry if not!)
    • Rating of Construct 2 (out of 5)
    • A photo of yourself (we may modify this photo to fit in on the site for example grey scale, cropping and resizing)

Please note that if you email this information to us, you are giving permission for us to publish all this information on our website.

Also please note that your testimonial is not guaranteed to be published.

  • Yes, all those features will definitely feature :)

  • Thanks fixed now!

  • Hi,

I've had a few people email me with this problem. To fix it:

  • Thanks, fixed. We've been getting a lot of traffic and are going to upgrade the server soon.

  • Hi,

The site you linked to doesn't appear to be relevant to people who make games so I've removed the links for now, as well as in the interest of spam prevention.

If you can explain more about what you are trying to do and why people should send you your games we can re-add them.

  • Yes it's done on mega bytes not bits, so 10MB would be 10,240KB.

However, there will be some variation. This is because when you upload the game, it doesn't count ALL the music and sounds as they are dual encoded to AAC/OGG, it will only count one set of audio files.

This means that if your game is over 10MB it might still be allowed through if discounting one set of audio brings it to <= 10MB.

It will count the .ogg files but not .m4a. We quote 10MB to be safe, if your game is <=10MB it's guaranteed to get through. If it's more, it might not, but this is up to you if you want to exploit it.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Editing code is not possible inside Construct 2 itself, however we have a great Javascript SDK:

    http://www.scirra.com/manual/15/sdk

With this you can write your own plugins and behaviors in Javascript which should be what your'e after!
