  • vlweb3d i'dont even knew about Visionaire studio thanks a lot. yes stasis is like fallout like shadowrun returns baldur's gate etc... the 8 direction movement will be highly appreciated (top notch feature) but i can do what i've got in mind even with 4 directions like dr who doodle game.

    newt please if you know how to do it show me please with an example capx . it will be a great help.

  • this is not the problem the animations are ready and waiting. i use blender for some time and i think i can handle it.

    doctors who doodle game uses mouse snapping and i saw a tutorial already about it in the tutorials section. the pathfinding i find it difficult and move along the tiles. i use the move expression and what i achieve was a teleportation from tile to tile... disaster....

    i hope Ashley at least answer to my request if he see it. if its a yes ill be very happy if its a no moving on no hard feelings

  • i face the same problem when i build my capx with crosswalk. i run the apk in my tablet pipo s1 rk3066 cpu mali 400 gpu, and i what i get was the same game twice with the one window of the game overlapping the other in the 3/4 of the screen. 180 beta installed the same game with cjs (and with crosswalks previous version) before ran great.

  • I don't know guys i think that it will bring as bjadams wrote new possibilities. Fallout 1 (and 2) is a 2d game diablo 1 too baldurs gate also even the new shadowrun returns is a 2d game but these were not the games (i've got to admit it) i've got in mind.it was a doodle game for the 50th anniversary of doctor who .

    i like it very much it was fun to play it and i thought why not to be able to make it with c2?

    i tried some plugins of rexrainbow and thanks to him who tell me wich plugin to use but chrome and firefox gave me errors when i tried to run a game and because of lack of free time i dont try it too much for now. i hope next week have more free time.

    so i thought ok its almost easy to make a crappy bird clone why not to have the ability for something more. i don't ask a 3rd dimension for c2 (i did it in the past...). we stay as we are in 2d.

    Maybe its a lot work to be done but i think isometric movement with pathfinding is worth it.

  • Ashley is it possible to have a movement function in isometric game like the first fallout and diablo games? if i remember right these games are 2d. So i was wondering if we could have such a possibility in future releases of c2.

    With pathfinding and grid movement all in isometric view.

  • QuaziGNRLnose sorry if i was rude or something like that, keep working on it the only think i said is that everything has documentation from the win95 games like solitairy to high advanced programs. i dont get why not your plugin? and i dont get many of you said.."you dont know from the first time what you bought so why are you are talking like that??" why should i know? its a plugin that gives me the oportunity to load 3d objects in c2. why should it be so difficult? the only think i want to do with this plugin is to add 3d objects in the backround of a side scroller with parallax effect instead of animated images from blender. if this is the most difficult thing in the world to upload it with a course/tutorial then ok im wrong idont know 3d i dont know three.js i dont know spanish or german languages either. many of you who understand the plugin why dont you make some basic tutorials with uv mapping camera settings how to load an object to c2 and other basic stuff so leave time to QuaziGNRLnose work more focused in his plugin?just saying...

  • QuaziGNRLnose sorry but 2 and a half months im waiting for tutorials updates etc.. you said from the start that you are working on the plugin in your free time and thats ok but when you sell something at least do it more professional. if someone gives you lets say 1 euro for your work it doesnt mean that because its really cheap he should wait forever for you to complete your project. your work at least from the demo should cost higher than 10 euros but the way you manage your work is an example that everyone should avoid. you sell something that is incomplete has no documentation, no tutorials (video tuts) and everyone just wait. if for example you have a ready to work polished product well explained and fully fuctional i think that you will be a lot richer. Maybe you upload an updated version in a couple of minutes and ill be really fool but for me it will not change what i wrote you. i really understand that this plugin is a hard to achieve as you want it and who am i to tell you things when i dont even know what coding is but i still believe that you should promote it smarter..

    sorry for my post i dont want to be rude or something, from the start i wrote that your plugin is an evolution of c2. it is still an evolution but in the same time for me seems like a bad joke. i hope the good news come soon. and sorry for my bad english.

  • i think that the update will be ready after the summer. the problem is that at least the developer should have some tutorials before selling it. all the programs have tutorials and "how to" documents even the most simple.

  • i really dont have too much free time during the day to play with the plugin but only 2-3 hours maximum because of work.too bad ill be waiting then for tutorials who knows maybe they show up from users of the plugin

  • QuaziGNRLnose sorry if i bother you but its about a month after the release of the plugin and i dont see any tutorial/tutorials (cause 1 is never enough). i dont think it will take to you more than 5-10 hours to make a basic video tutorial and upload it. you make a great plugin you still develop it and update it and thats very good but at least speaking for myself i bought something that i cant use it.

    but if you spend all your time to update it and make proper tutorials please if someone here in the forum can make a tut it will be very good thing.

  • TheDom i dont want to sound ironic or offensive but i think 40 usd for a guide is quite lot of money. Q3d plugin costs 14 usd and opened a whole new dimension. pricing a product is at the will of the developer/writer etc but i think that sometimes maybe we overprice it...if you sell it about 10-15 usd i think that youll have multiple downloads. and at last even books from proffesional publishers costs a lot cheaper and offer tons of informations like unity books maya,3ds max, programing books...i hope you the best but i dont get it.

  • basically q3d is a "revolution" and Ashley should support it 101%.

  • i think he means that in blender internal rendering system (cause in cycles i think after 2.71 will be bake option available) you have to bake your uv textures. and after baking them save the image file to jpg (or png but ididnt try it).then you add your model and your jpg file to the files folder in c2.at least it worked for me. just watch some tuts of how you can bake uv textures in blender.
