  • Saw this yesterday and i must say this looks utterly awful. It's like very bad composition of badly masked 2d images in 3d space. And my eyes hurts while watching this,

  • +1 as well

Importing spritesheets and then defining individual sprites in editor would be really nice.

  • henriquesv read two posts above. Intel is working on it.

  • Edit: I've noticed this is only a NW preview issue. On export you can now select if you want your window to be resizable or not.

    Problem Description

Action to set nodewebkit window not/resizable do not work.

    Description of Capx

One action to set window not resizable on start.

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    • run preview
    • resize window

    Observed Result

You can resize NW window even if it's set to be not resizable.

    Expected Result

    Window size should be constant.

  • Remember that this is an unofficial, paid third party plugin and if you bought it then best thing would be to post this in it's forum section and ask people who use/create it since only those people (who bought it) will probably know how to use it.

  • This questions pups up at least twice a week and answer is still the same. There is a search option on forum, use it.

  • Yeah, but did someone try to wear Oculus for straight 8 hours and do normal day work stuff? I think no matter how comfortable oculus is/will be, it's still like wearing a bucket on your head

  • This is a bug with groups not displaying event correctly after using keyboard "C" shortcut.

I've posted this few days ago, and Ashley already fixed that for next beta.

  • You are the one to choose which software is right for you and which one you want to use.

Game develop was already introduced here, at least 4 years ago and it was already talked over about all it's pros and cons through these years.

So there's no point starting another topic about what game develop.

Use search and read old topics or go and ask about it on it's own forum.

  • Problem Description

Setting objects opacity by events do not reflect that change in fade behavior - it will always fade out from opacity = 100.

    Description of Capx

File only sets object opacity on start of layout.

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    • Run file
    • press anywhere on screen

    Observed Result

Object at start of fading out, with opacity set to 50 by events will set it's own opacity to 100 and then starts to fade.

But if you set opacity of that object in objects properties panel then it will properly fade.

    Expected Result

Opacity set by events should be taken into account of fade behavior.

You can do bezier curves with control nodes using Canvas very easily:

but unfortunately Canvas have no collision masks and interaction with curves is very difficult

  • Problem Description

Pressing "C" on selected group adds invisible conditions to that group

    Attach a Capx

    New empty capx will do

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    • Create new group in event sheet
    • Select that group and press "C" to add condition
    • Select "On start of layout" (but any other will behave the same) and "Done"

    Observed Result

After pressing "Done" it looks like nothing is changed, but if you then create another condition like this [attachment=1:3h4mqqxh][/attachment:3h4mqqxh]

    Expected Result

With groups keyboard shortcut "C" in best case should behave like "S" - adds new sub-event. Since every condition added to groups will eventually be sub-events of that group.

  • Happy birthday Ashley!

  • Thinking about that I realize that with quite few different cells you could actually make yourself nice looking panels, which could extend 9-patch because you are not restricted to quad or rectangle shapes.
