    Haha newt the defender of all things C2 and C3 . Don't bother responding to Newt just ignore him. All he does is defend Construct 2 he does not see any issues and agree's with everything Construct 2 developers say.

    P.S. I only start dissing people when they come after me. I only posted facts and then someone jumps in , ignores the facts and starts aiming at me. Thats the only time I start putting people in their place. I am a really nice guy but I don't take nonsense from anyone.

    Nobody has "purchased" it yet, but if Scirra uses ASM.JS throughout then it's possible that C3 will actually be a bit faster than Construct 2. But, I doubt that the ASM.JS optimizations actually extend beyond the editor interface, since they reported earlier to be using the same runtime as C2.

    The scary part is now they are totally reliant on Chrome which is ever changing . So now they have to focus on fixing Construct 3 bugs and fixing new Chrome bugs as they come. Tom and Ashley could barely keep up with just C2 specific bugs , how the hell are they going to handle this.

    I am basing what I'am saying on their track record and not my opinion. They had so much trouble with maintaining C2 how will they be able to handle C3 + Chrome. Again this is fact not opinion.

    WEBGL isn't the only issues we need to look for so but nice try. Also you see how slow Construct 2 is to fix bugs now imagine the nightmare of all these bugs plus future bugs. Construct developers are slow to adjust and now by using Chrome they made thier job 10X harder because they have to fix bugs in Construct 3 and make work a rounds for Chrome bugs. Enjoy your purchase LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ok I check on the official website for chrome bugs and let me tell you its way larger than I thought it would be. If you buy Construct 3 your in a world of hurt my friend. Go look at the bugs and click on the trackers to see a better description . I am sorry there is no way to defend Construct this time.

  • Just a reminder if you have a game or app made with construct 2 with 50,000 or more downloads PM me so I can check your game out and add it to the list. This is to show that construct 2 is a serious tool.

  • This is a pretty solid game I actually can only see one problem but its big one. Controls need to be user friendly and very obvious on what they do. If the user can not figure out what they do or if there is too many controls then they will just give up.

    The huge challenge with mobile games is to figure out what parts of the game the player controls and what parts will be automatic . Also understand that you build complexity over time if your going to make a deeper game with more options.

    To better show you I have made 6-7 mobile games. Try 2 or 3 of them out and you will notice how you can get into the game easily and understand what to do in the game. Whether its a simple game like DK lost levels or more complex like Planet Exis you can pretty much pick up and play the games I made.

    In closing you made an incredible game so your very close to nailing it and making it big. Make the games controls simpler for mobile gamers ( They are not like you and me) and you will go far.

    On facebook search for Android groups at least 4-8 of them and post your game once a day on facebook.

  • At a mercenary level I wonder how much you can juggle paying for installs/game rank vs in app purchase profits. If your pay per install is 5 cents and the rank increase gains you 10 cents in in app purchases relative to the number of installs, you'd be doing pretty good.

    If you choose pay per install route your game must contain

    1) In game shop with lots of upgrades to buy to retain players.

    2) A coin and other currencies that will keep the player playing to earn. Most games now have coin and diamond currency which they earn through playing.

    3) Upgrades must be 2 types the permanent and single use. That gives players more insentive to play longer thus earning you money.
