  • Artwork update :)

    This must be the first time ever, that any Indie game studio took its facebook fan choices seriously and put them into development.

    Yes, we�re probably the first one doing it this way.

    So, this time we presented them with our prototype artwork concepts for the �tank� that they would like to drive around for the game �Tank �em Up!�

    We count the scores and then finally get to color and create sprites for the concepts chosen by the fans

    This is what they chose: Be Hold! �. the BloodBeetle.

    I added appmobi object to the project, and then wanted to remove it.

    I don't however see the object in the object list.

    But when I go to create a new event, I see appmobi in the popup.

    How do I remove appmobi object?

  • Right.. may be that way I can also schedule ads and have the php code select from today's date and display that ad.. or if no entry found, then just take the default ads for that frame.

    More or less similar to the lines I was thinking on; Thank you :D

    I shall try that and may be write a tutorial if I succeed. :)

  • Hi,

    Has anyone done dynamic ads on their scirra game?

    ie., if you released a game with couple of ads in it.. and then want to change those ads without releasing another build.

    For now, the only way I can think of is the ad can be a frame that calls a remote location (not sure how great this will work on scirra)

    So you never need to run rebuilds and updates to app stores.. rather just change the source.

    Anyone has an example/tutorial they can point me to?

    I think if you can clearly mention whether you're hiring, or you want a partner, or something else.. It might appeal to the right people looking at the post.
