    It's just a temporary changing just to pass that level. Date-switching is not a core-gameplay.

    And the puzzle could solve by changing day or month with a small number forwards or backwards

  • Hello :)

    I want to make a small puzzle-level, where door opens only when YEAR on user's device is 1987, so he should change year in date/time device settings.

    On mobile everything works pergectly, but on PC there is a huge delay between changing year and updating timestamp. Is it possible to avoid it?

    I tried rex_date plugin, but the problem still exists.

    Maybe some Javascript-magic could help?

    I added dictionary JSON string to my project,

    and I want to edit this in TEXT editor,

    but construct 3 forces me to use DICTIONARY Editor.

    How can I solve this problem? Thanks :)

  • The deadzone only affects the analog sticks, not triggers, by design.

    Is there any chance of adding "Analog Triggers Deadzone variable" in next updates?

  • Problem description:

    Analog deadzone settings doesn't affects Gamepad Trigger buttons

    Steps to reproduce

    1. run attached Triggerdeadzone.capx

    2. CAREFULLY and SLOWLY press Left or Right shoulder trigger to change animation frame

    Observed result

    pressure registered only when you pressed analog trigger 50% down

    Expected result

    if you change preview browser to Firefox, pressure detects INSTANTLY

    It would be perfect, if you add pressure detection settings for analog triggers

  • Hi, I hardly tried to figure it out by myself and searched in the forum, but failed

    Well, there are 2-3 or more objects of the same type, and all of them have their private variable (Action Points).

    If one of the objects finished "his turn", his private variable (AP) equals zero,

    and another object automatically activates (of course, if his ActionPoints > 0).

    So, how to select another object of the same type (his private variable should be >0) after the fist object's private variable check?

    Unfortunately, I don't have time to finish my game because of studying in university and working. So, I decided to give my developments to someone. This idea has a potential.

    It's a hockey with magic. Something like Ike Ike Nekketsu Hockey bu, but teams have 6 spells, that they could switch between periods.

    Spell list:

    1. Big gates

    2. Blind

    (the screen is black for 5 seconds, but another spell should have "Light" effect)

    3. Desorientation

    Left->Right, Up->Down

    4. Doppelganger

    Creates dopelganger above or below the player

    5. Fireball

    Makes "Stun"

    6. Wall of Fire

    7. Magnet

    (for puck. Could be changed to Puck teleportation)

    8 Silence

    Opposite team can't cast spells for N seconds

    9 Slow-mo

    The player turns into Max Payne and shaves himself bald

    11 Telekinesis

    Allows to hit the puck if enemy goalkeeper hasn't it.

    12 Animated gates

    Gates becomes a player. LoL

    13 Giant puck

    14 Puck illusion

    5 pucks appear on the field. 4 of them are fake. If a player had the puck, it change its coordinates anyway

    15 Teleportation

    Technical issues:

    1. Network game (((((((((((((((((((((((((

    2. Shift and ctrl (left and right are the same, so if you want to play on a single keyboard with your friend...)

    I havn't started to work on animation, sound, music, and special effects. I can try to help with something, but as I sad before, I have very little free-time.

    Notes:

    1. This game needs close combat. It also allows to create some additional spells

    2. Ike Ike has a lot of great solutions (e.g. movement alongside)

    4. Idea for a mutator or a spell: The puck hates when players hit it, so after 5-10 hit it becomes insane and poisonous for a while.

    but there is some troubles (Scirra doesn't have "other" description for objects.)
