  • Thank you. I'm starting to work on the enemies now, I will be posting the progress. I will try to have many dynamic enemies(running, jumping, shooting).

  • I added 4 weapons for the player. I'm thinking of sticking to those weapons and later add the ability to upgrade each weapon. The player can only have one weapon at a time but I'm also adding perks.

    I also created a random system to pick 1 of 4 random sounds so the shooting sounds don't feel repetitive.

  • I started working on the movement and shooting abilities for the player. Dummy weapon and bullets with no fxs.

    The gun and player are two separate sprites. I created an input manager to make it easier to check which key is pressed and rotate the gun.

    Hey guys, I'm Juan from Ezalbot Studios and this is the first develog series for me. I'm working on a classic run’n’gun game. Right now I'm going with the name Me Preso but that could change in the future.
