  • The mobile platform for earning is quite hard, but I'm not here to be a pessimist. I suggest sticking to making your game good, beautiful, and memorable. Along with that, there should be IAP. Ads are an overall nuisance, and as someone that hated ads when they played mobile apps like crazy years ago, I just don't think ads are a overall good experience for the player, even if there is an option to remove them.

As for IAP, be sensible and be smart.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • There's a Beta version of my game available. Try it out and tell me what you think. It's quite heavy on the performance, I'll admit that but I just felt like making it anyways.

  • If it's something that plenty of games use and yet difficult to reproduce, then I think it's worth it. Because many people look to other games and are inspired to re-create what they have, and are possibly willing to pay for it. Or they could just ask on the "How Do I?" forums. Haha. It's all up to what people want, can't be sure of anything. Such is life as an entrepreneur....

  • Adobe Illustrator.

  • Thank You, GenkiGenga! For the explanation and Capx.

  • Another Constructor and I already tested imothep85 game on our mobile devices.

Although the game has changed, you can look at our feedback on the current game that is being discussed. The performance on our mobile devices via the Chrome browser was smooth. Why does it lag with Intel XDK, though?

  • So I'm able to make this store window come up but I don't understand how to make it go back down.... This is taken from a template that has a menu coming from the top...I'm stuck. What am I doing wrong?

  • I just know I'm gonna get shot down for this. Perhaps try Cocoon's Canvas+? I think it only adds 6MB and Canvas+ is fast. Although exporting through this option can have its trial and errors.

  • Well I got it to work within my game. After completing a test capx, I made containers for the rocket and exhaust and basically followed what I made: https://www.dropbox.com/s/593lyg9mir091 ... .capx?dl=0

  • I have a game where there are a few rockets and each rocket has its own exhaust. When the rocket spawns, so does the exhaust and it's pinned to the back of the rocket. At the beginning, for the first rocket that the game starts with, the exhaust is aligned with the rocket's angle, but when the player becomes another rocket, the exhaust for the any other rocket for this matter is not aligned and the result is the image below. With the rocket facing a awkward angle and not straight away from the rocket.

The rocket is facing West and the exhaust is going SouthEast..... How do I fix this? I already tried:

Exhaust > On Created> Set Angle>Rocket.angle but that didn't do anything to fix the problem.....

  • nichekeys does intel xdk support webgl?

Not too sure about Intel XDK but Cocoon does I think.

  • Okay so wait a sec. The resolution you guys are talking about, is it basically Layout Size?
