    I could not find the issue I am looking for elsewhere, but I am having trouble

    with sounds : in the desktop build, the sounds effects start to turn in crackling noises

    little by little until completely stopping, like if the audio was loosing small by small all the

    frequencies (if that makes any sense).

    I think it is happening more often on weaker machines, though I don't play more than 20 sounds

    or so at the same time, with about half of it being spatial sound.

    Even if I stop all sounds in audio action at each new layout, it still happens. I don't use any audio effect.

    This issue was sometimes reported on my released game BackSlash and I am now working on a new game

    and I wish I could fix it.

    I am facing a problem with the Japanese and Korean translated versions of my game.

    I would need to change the text wrapping to character from the event sheet when it is required, otherwise... it doesn't display correctly indeed.

    Did I miss it or is there no text action for such a thing ?

    Anybody had the same issue or has an idea ?

    I searched here and there but it seems I could not find this simple thing: when using a desktop build, is there any way to check what version of windows is running the game on? For example, know if it is 7 or 10...

    Hello guys, it seems that I'm having the same issue. I store all of my text in a JSON file, french letters such as é or à would be diamonds, except that I am using NW.js builds... any suggestion to fix that ?

    I guess there is some tweaking too, but where could I find it :O

  • Hey guys, it has been a while, but with a bit of luck I will get an answer!

    Squiddster your model was extremely useful, but I have a small question. I didnt get the whole logic, and I would like to know if there is a way to add an external force on the scarf, as wind, typically, so when the player doesnt move, if there is wind, the scarf is moved.

  • Hi guys,

    I solved the problem, as I expected it was my bad. My sounds are perfectly fine, but I forgot that I actually had modified to my codecs support with TweakTools to make another thing work, it is so stupid. Thank you for your support anyway.
