I'm facing a strange problem with videos in construct

I have a 30-second video at the beginning of my game, after exporting, I test the game on my gaming pc (Hi-Performance) the video & game works fine , the problem is when I test my game on (lower performance) laptops and pc, the game work fine but the video always crash and lag.

how could I make the video work perfectly on any device like the game?

the first one ( mute/unmute ) the music

and the second one ( mute/unmute ) the SFX

in start of my game i made the loading layout work with full screen automatically (On start of layout -> Browser -> Request fullscreen -> Scale outer

and it's work fine with 1920 _ 1080 resolution

but when i play my game on different screens with different resolution and different aspect ratio, the game show up in the top of screen only ( like in image 1 )

i want my game to be in the center of screen ( like image 2 ) haw i can do that

the problem is … I don't understand the exporting system in construct2 .. I want to publish my game on steam very soon.

I watched many tutorial videos on YouTube and all of them use nw.js to export.

Does Steam accept nw.js games???

What should I do to publish my game in the store ??

i'm working on my game and i want to add 1 long music track in loop .. it's 50 mins of music and the size is 500mb.

i felt like it's very big and long .. i want to know if construct can handle something like this or not ??? because i don't want to delete parts from the music and i don't want my game to crash after export.

any advice???

i want to know the difference between ( stretch inner and stretch outer ) ..... i tried both of them and they work fine in my game .... which one should i use ?? i'm working on a game for pc and consoles.
