satsumaages If you haven't resolved this issue, I tried it and got the same "Cannot find C2 folder" error message when I pointed the app to my C2's plugins folder (C:\Program Files\Construct 2\exporters\html5\plugins) instead of C2's root folder. When pointed to C2's root folder (C:\Program Files\Construct 2), then right-clicking the app installer and choosing "Run as administrator", then double-clicking "rex_pause" in the plugin's list, I got a successful installation. The problem is likely the directory. Point to C2's root folder instead of the plugins folder. The app will find the plugins folder on its own.
