  Thanks for the reminder. I found my purchase receipt which refreshed my memory on the whole process of installation. License installed and all is good... but on a side note: why the "Get your license" button directs to a page riddled with errors? Not good. Someone needs to clean that up.

  Hello Support,

  I recently had to reinstall C2 due to computer failure. Upon clicking the "Get your license" button to enter my serial, I instead was redirected to an Error page, shown here: https://www.scirra.com/store/construct-2

  I bought a personal license months ago. Is my paid version of Construct 2 no longer available? Please assist.

  satsumaages If you haven't resolved this issue, I tried it and got the same "Cannot find C2 folder" error message when I pointed the app to my C2's plugins folder (C:\Program Files\Construct 2\exporters\html5\plugins) instead of C2's root folder. When pointed to C2's root folder (C:\Program Files\Construct 2), then right-clicking the app installer and choosing "Run as administrator", then double-clicking "rex_pause" in the plugin's list, I got a successful installation. The problem is likely the directory. Point to C2's root folder instead of the plugins folder. The app will find the plugins folder on its own.
