  • hi guys, how can I make a scrolling menu with gamepad.

    It should scroll vertically and snapp to the next menu text underneed or above ...

    example:

    a

    b

    C

    d

    e

    f

    g

    scrolling from C down..the movement should be snapping...not smooth...any sample that u can show me ?

  • Hi guys, I have tried so many things....but I think the secret is some how clamp to view....but Iam simply not able to manage that. this is the file:

    The problem is this... my red target should stop when It goes out of the screen, so that it is always on screen...but if I fly to much to the right border ( this is a problem for all 4 sides since the target can be rotated with gamepad stick) the red target is not visible. . please help <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile">

  • hi gys...can u solve this problem..I guess its with clamp: basicly its like the bound to layout... but immagine that my layout is 20000 long and high 800. This means that the sprite is blocked on top and bottom...but disappaeras on left or right side since the window view is just 1500*800.... i would need something like "bound to screen" ...did u undersand my problem ? thanks

  • ...hi guys, how can i do this: a target is pinne to my ship..the target is bound to layout. If i go to touch the upper or lower limit it sticks there...this is what I want... since my lauout is very long..this will not happen with the left or right side... how can i achive the same effect also for right and left ? I think putting a sprite as barrier is fine...how can i clamp my target to the sprite ?

  • Hi guys, I have a space ship...I use keyborad OR gamepad-xbox- ....if pressed "W" it sets an animation... if I release "W" it sets a reverse animation...so the ship seems to " roll" up and down...same for letter "S"... but how shall I simulate that with an left analogue stick.... setting the stick to axis 0 is not solving my problem... i nedd like release from left side....or release stick from right side...
