thanks! yeap, but right at the moment I am busy with ongoing projects

    ok thanks no problem

  • I made a pretty good animation for my game using Spriter, I only mention this as I'm awful with graphics so I assume if I can use it anybody can, seems like a really good program so far.

  • I purchased the main bundle, great value, some amazing stuff inside it for tons of different games

  • nice work, very good price as well

  • very nice work, do you do individual requests?

  • I would be very interested but not sure if I pass the required skill sets especially gaphics I have emailed with details

  • Hi Guys,

I have a 2d Character I made myself (very poorly) , but I would like to have him created better and with all different animations (like walking, dying, jumping) etc etc

The character is basically a circle with a face (very simple)

Would anybody be interested in doing something like that?, if so how much would you charge?

I have attached the poor one I made just so you know what he looks like

    Thanks,

    Alan

  • No problem, it was an issue I struggled with as well.

The best way I have found myself is to have the canvas 640 x 480 and set it to scale outer, but obviously your needs might be different, I just found this suited most mine.

  • Quickly from the top of my head I think this would work...

On mouse click, check if the mouses click X value was greater than the objects, if so it means you need to make the object wider, so get the difference between the objects X value and the mouss Click X value and then add that to the width.

You can do the same for the Y value and change its height accordingly.

I hope this makes sense, if not I will try and do it later and upload the capx

  • Yeah..,. just checked, you can use the browser object to try and 'lock' the Orientation, but as far as I remember it doesn't always work for all mobiles / browsers.

  • I don't think there is a way to force it for everybody, some browsers don't support it I dont think.

I think there is a way using the browser object to either disable it OR play in full screen, I will have a quick look and let you know.

I have attached a screen shot of settings / code that will work (1 line of code and example of what your animations should be set on.
