  • I totally agree. But I would be glad to se all these clones disappear. So you can focus on making creative games and don't have to feel that others just cashing in on clones

    But I changed the name of my app now from Kim Jong Swing to Kim Jong Jetpack and removed all swing words from the description. That might do it

  • I didn't find Swing Copters fun. Way too hard for me

    But I made a clone to see how quick I it could be done. Keept my Kim Jong Theme and made "Kim Jong Swing"

    But I published the game 12hours ago and I still can't find it on google play nor through the direct link in google play developer. How do I know if the game was rejected or not? Are you not allowed to have Swing in your name now?

    Never had to wait over 12hours to publish a game before so I think something is preventing it to show up.

  • Sorry for bumping but is there seriously not a single soul on this forum who can try to install my game so I know if it works or not now after the updated APK <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_sad.gif" alt=":-(" title="Sad"> I promise that the game isn't that bad <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink">

    Everyone around me has an iPhone so I can't test it and it makes me crazy not knowing. So if you have a free minute please just tell me if it installs correctly. And I would gladly return the favor and try out your game and give you my feedback <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy">

  • I used Construct 2 as usual and did what I have done many times before. Never been a problem. But I have done the whole process again and uploaded a new APK now so I would really appreciate if someone could try to see if the game installs now so I know if it works or not

    It works on my devices for some reason so I can't reproduce the problem and test it :/

  • I heard a few people telling me that they can't install the app från Google Play and they get an error saying the app isn't signed right. Why do they get this error? The app works fine on all my devices when I download it from Google Play

    Have anyone of you had the same problem and solved it? :/

    Thank you for the feedback. I don't know why you get that error message. The installation works fine for 9 out of 10 people but for some reason a few get that error. If someone know why this is, please enlighten me <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile">

  • It is pretty simple. Just make a global variable named "key" and make it a bolean. Then you can do something like this

    player collision with "key" set variable key to true and destroy key

    system | compare variable | key is true? ----> Open door

    IF you just want to compare the variable at a given time and not every tick you can set up a trigger. For example.

    Player collision with door | compare variable | is "key" true? | If true, open door
