I did email them a while back, but they are asking for a charles log, which I'm not sure how to do.

Here is the latest reply I received: We noticed the ad unit's network requests were increasing at a similar time that match rate were decreasing.
Can you follow-up with the publishers to confirm the following items:
Did they make any changes to the app implementation in June-July 2018 that may have caused network requests to spike?
Has the app's DAU increasing or decreasing starting from June 2018?
Can they provide us with a Charles log?
Once we receive the information listed above, we can further investigate this issue.
