  • It doesn't matter if you're on mobile or desktop, the save process is the same. Either use WebStorage to store your variables, or the save feature to store your entire game state.

Awesome! Thanks for such a quick response. I have my game prototype. I just didn't want to take the next step without having all my ducks in a row.

Does anyone recommend a certain type based on a game similar to the Angry Birds, Wheres My Water, Cut The Rope style levels?

  • Can any one point me in the right direction of where I can find more info about how to save the progress of my game after every level. Any help would be most appreciated. Looked for a god two days no and most of the topics or guides are from 2011 before the save game feature was implemented.

  • Tried for over 20 hours plus to get this inventory array to work. Sad part is I am about to graduate in Computer Science an this is giving me a hell of a time. Writing real code is easier sometimes but Construct 2 is still amazing.

  • Wow this game is getting better and better each day. Keep up the great work. Once done with this project get started right away on Super Ubie Land 2!

    Cheers

  • Great Job! I really enjoyed the particle effects and number text effects.

  • 10 hours and counting with no progress. Not going to give up though.

  • Hi,

I know how arrays work and I have read a ton of threads last 6 or so hours. I have a plan in mind to implement this system but does anyone know a direction to start that may take less time. My example would include a lot of weird experiments with tons of things potentially going wrong.

Basically I want a 6 or 7 bar UI on screen in which after the level the player can then spend money or points to purchase new weapons that are unlocked. Then store the weapons in the UI action bar like on PVZ. On the purchase screen that way next level they can switch between weapons. At the touch of the object in the bar.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Great Collection of music. Working on a game that may be able to use Teddy Incident. Game mechanics are almost done will submit artwork soon. May even hire you to do the music if you accept. Great Job.

  • We're considering changing our game's name.

    Any suggestions will be good!

This may not be any good but in the wild a group of monkey's is known as atroop.

    So maybe,

    Monkey Troop

    MonkE Troop

Troop Primate(since they are not apes hehe)

if there are only 3 main monkeys maybe Troop Trimate lol

good luck on your game and will contribute at least something.

  • Very nice. Looking forward to Demo. What program you use to make your art? AI or AP?

  • Great news! I can't wait to see the outcome.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • It's been a long time since i saw construct2's banner from flashkit website, some kind of tutorial Flash's website, and don't think about using c2 to make HTML5 game, but when i'm try to download and enter the c2 world, flash is just the memory :D, because it's easy to use, i don't need to write a ton of code to complete a simple game look like mario, and right now i'm just focus on game graphic, gameplay, and how to run it's smooth on mobile, thank scirra and c2.

    Very well said.

    Food for thought:

Q: How many IBM cpu's does it take to do a logical right shift?

A: 33.1 to hold the bits and 32 to push the register.
