I've tried to search the forums for this, I see that the personal edition purchased from steam might have some strange issues... ( usually due to users own doing)

My version is working fine, but why does it open every capx file in the free version (altough I've unistalled it).

The program says that steam isn't running... even though I've just started construct 2 and it says personal edition etc... but when I load some capx from the start layout (or from windows explorer or chrome download list or whatever and the files are associated to the steam version).

SO is this only because I didn't uninstall the free version (stand alone) before the steam version installation?

Hi!

I'm wondering, is it possible to do a simple inventory system, like only 6 slots on screen? (I know there's a "complex" rpg inventory system plugin thinggies, but those are too high-tech for my idea).

I don't know man, I'm trying to make a big game on it and I'm amazed at how well it works. I'm using a bunch of layers, particles, behaviors and whatsoever and nothing has ever crashed with me.

Before Construct I used MMF to make my games and I lost around 2 or 3 games because MMF decided to crash whenever I opened my projects, after some time.

How did you do the inventory?

(simple explanation is enough, more thorough would be great)

I'm new to Construct 2 (but used the games factory 2 and older klik and play).
