  • It is a chrome bug it turns out.

    Ashley looked into it, it will go away when we get a new chrome update hopefully, as it works version:

    BETA Version 131.0.6778.13 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

  • It seems to work great in edge. A recent Chrome update seems to be the culprit.

    — I think the speech synthesis is an official plugin from Scirra right? Would be great if your team could take a quick gander.

    Got a classroom of 16 pcs. Latest chrome update seems to have stopped speech synthesis. Works in other browsers.

    Let me know please if you have the same issue.

    We had this up and running a while back on a VPS.

    Now we are having lots of issues.

    1) We are unable to get it working with https and wss mode works fine with ws.

    2) When we try connecting to wss it says signalling server disconnected (ssl certificate is valid and ssl mode is true)

    Any help or advice will be great!

    We are relying on your free signalling server again and we get booted periodically (Like after 25 to 30 minutes)

  • Also tried converting to binary and posting with AJAX but get a 403. got the folder on my server set to 666 so permission should be fine.

    Any ideas would be really appreciated!

  • When trying the example 'Voice recorder" I hit the share button, (I added the url I want to save the audio file to on my server) and I get this:

    DOMException: Permission denied

    Did I get the wrong idea about how this works...

    Any other solutions for saving audio files to your server?
