    For now, you can create a "CurrentLayout" variable, and change it ever time you change a layout, like when going through a door in a platformer game. Then, do events like "On Start Of Layout AND compare variable:CurrentLayout to "layout name" -----> action.

    Did you, perhaps, wanted a showing of which events are being done as you play your game? Or a feature that searches for bugs?

  • So, why did my dash work on r140 and doesn't work so well in r142? And yeah, your dash example isn't Megaman X at all. In your example, you just press Shift once and you can't stop it until the timer runs out. But in MEEGAMAAANNN X you must hold the shift button until the timer runs out, and if you need to stop dashing you can release the button. Just as I did in the events!

    I mean, come on, people, why do you have any idea what a dash is and didn't play Megaman X? That's why I said PERFECTLY at the start of it all, I could just make it as you did without all the air dashes and stuff, but there's a better way to do it.

  • Oh, I didn't make myself clear. I am not scared of Jigglypuff. Not in the pok�mon series anyway. I hate Jigglypuff. But only the Jigglypuff from the Smash series. That one is awful.

  • Half a swing? Well, shorten the time the sword appears on the screen. If a full swing takes up about, like, 1 second, then, after it was created, it rotates for 1 second, creating a full swing and destroying after that. If you want it to swing a half of a swing, let it destroy after only a half a second.

  • I'm sorry, I didn't go out of my Sheogorath character, who is a god of madness and CHEEESSEEEE, so I am pretty incontrollable in that state. But I still gave you advice, if you understood it. Oh, and I have a personal vendetta against Jigglypuff. Don't mind that.
