really thanks for this! I need this while editing an old project of mine from C2. Great share!

  • Amazing work, congratulations! This is such an inspiration.

  • Looks cool, man! Go for it! I'm about to work on a run n' gun platformer as well, still learning C3. We can do this!

  • No, it's not possible.

    ty for info. that's sad...

  • Hi all. My C3 account expired and no plans to sub for now. However I have a C2 license. Is it possible to open my C3 project in C2?

  • dop2000

Wow thanks for the sample! Will study this one and try to use it in my concept. Really appreciate this!

  • Hi all. I was thinking of creating electric wires that a bird can land on. Once a bird lands, the wire should naturally stretch/hang down as if the bird has real weight. I'm not sure how to do it using physics or platform behavior, and I don't know where to start. Tried searching the forums to such solution but to no luck. Results give me the rope physics but to mechanics such as Cut the Rope or rope swings.

Any help/tips is greatly appreciated! TIA!

  • You can just export an apk from the Menu>export in the C3 editor. Now that you mentioned it, my first game was compiled using Cocoon.Io and I did not experience any audio problem.

I'm not sure how to get back to older versions either.

  • try to preload all sounds / music before game start

    I did, unfortunately didn't work.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • I think that the problem cannot be solved on its own, I will have to experience a delay on some devices. In general, I removed the sound from some games because of this bug))

    This is just sad...

  • So is there a solution/workaround for the audio delay at the moment? I've been working on a platformer project for nearly a month now, and everytime I build an apk to test it on mobile phones, the audio delay is there and is very noticeable (around 0.5-1 sec). The only thing left for my project is designing the levels and then work on the ads, then probably release the game, and it would be so frustrating to see the game finished with the audio not working properly.

  • looks great! is this available to try now?
