I'm retrieving some data from a MySQL server but the Ajax data loses the accentuated characters, the php queries returns everything nice (on the browser) but the ajax only gets question marks.

The sql fields are in UTF8, is there a way to format the text in the PHP or in Construct so i can have the special characters?

Hi Guys.

I've been fighting a few hours with this.

I have used a On Touch a Family to do lots of stuff, relocating the instance picked, changing the frame played but i can't have access to instance variable of the object affected.

Any ideas.

I've been testing spriter and the plugin, i was very happy with it, all animations were running good on the preview, but nothing happens when i publish in HTML5.

Any one has the same issue?

It didn't work for me unfortunately, but I found a cheap-ish workaround.

Once I filled my textbox, and pressed enter, I captured the data in a variable and destroyed the textbox, which immediately removed focus.

Next in the same condition, I recreated the textbox in the same position, and repopulated it with the text.

Very clever indeed, I will try that tonight, did you capture the return using the Keyboard/onkeypressed event?

I'm having a Hard time with the placement of sounds on the Ipad.

I'v read and spent a few hours browsing the forum

I've found that if you delete the ogg files the ipad sound works, but i only have 3 sounds and only one is played anyways...

Is there a way to activate the hidden ok button?

Looks like nobody had this problem before.

I checked and the OK Buton object will close the keyboard of the ipad, is there a ways of substituting the image on the button itself?

Hi guys, I have a text box which gets a number from the keyboard.

In the ipad, as soon i select the box the screen keyboard pops, but you have to manually close that keyboard.

Is there a way to automatically close that keyboard?

I'm reading the text box value using a touch action, maybe i should not do it this way.

Any one can help?
