  • i try to create playable ads for google ads using Construct 3. But always get rejected, my team try to ask google what the issue and google ads reply us with this information.

    i already delete all audio in the game, also remove the audio plugin. but still get same rejection.

    does anyone face a similar problem?

    Then try to look how much storage space is free (Press F12 then the Tab Application and Clear Storage).

  • i already more than 2 week work on this project file , and no problem with export before. so i dont think its about write privileges

    my lowest drive free space is 3GB, in this case its look like not HD free space problem :-?

    i already clear my browser cache but this error keep coming

  • androidpro well... I kinda listed it in the post. Those 7 steps are what the plugin does, so you don't need to implement them. But it's useful to be aware of them.

    As a developer you need to:

    1. change your ad technology provider list from default to custom and select a maximum of 12 providers
    2. add a button to your game ( either in settings or the start page ) to show the user consent dialog ( action on the mobile advert plugin )
    3. add you publisher ID and privacy policy URL to your project ( properties of the mobile advert plugin )
    4. decide if you going to offer a paid ad free version of your game

    The second one is important; while the user consent dialog is already shown to the user on first run you are required to allow your users to withdraw or modify their consent at a later date

    I will update the manual with the required information when I can.

    is there any way to show the user consent dialog for non UE user?

    because iam from Indonesia (SEA) and the consent dialog never show if i called, and then the ads always failed when called.

  • i found why this error occurs.

    it is because the sprite image that i use not in the same layout with the event.

    place the sprite image on the layout that use the share action. you can hide it on the outside the viewport area. it fix my problem

  • i get the same problem, the loading % not updated.

    the game is loaded and can start after fully loaded. the % jump from 0% to gameplay
