As a Construct user since CC, and then Construct 2 from 2012 onwards, it's really sad to see the software go into "the sunset". But I understand it's impossible to keep legacy software running forever. Back then, C2 was both cheap and with the prospect of one-time payment, made it affordable to a lot of people, including myself.
I'm a game developer with more than plenty income from making games, and although I don't fully rely on C3 for the bulk of that income, I am happy to support C3 and it's development because I see more potential in the business model for constant updates and improvements.
I just hope that not having the baggage of maintaining C2 anymore will speed up development on much needed improvements to the engine.

As a C2 user who've moved to C3, I can say about 80% of the functionality is now available through new plugins, along with a whole bunch of new features that come with the engine, and newer plugins being developed by the people in the discord community makes C3 a much more feature rich engine.

Starting this version, my physics are behaving weirdly
Projects saved in 164 can't be opened in 164.2. It says it's saved in a later version.
Latest update just gets stuck on load!

Thank you for the update Ashley, I see you and your team has attempted to fix the nw.js with web worker issue, but upon testing, it seems to be the same for me as before, stuck on the loading bar.
why does it clamp black into alpha by default?
