    (Just open the capx, and wait for 10 second, it will switch automatically between layout and provoke the "music stuck")

    When transitioning back to a layout, the music will get stuck for a while, before continuing.

    PS:I can work around the problem with "Trigger once" condition, but I rather not because I have other events counting on this one..

  • Construct 2 consistently crash when trying to clone certain sprite.

    My Capx

    How to reproduce? Fairly simple, open the project and clone the only sprite on the layer(enemy3clone), and it crashes.

    However, if the family which the sprite belongs to-->"NewEnemy" is deleted, crash will be avoided.

    So my guess is the problem runs in the family <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle">.

    However, I did not manage to recreated the problem in a new project(admittedly i didn't try that hard), this capx is the "shrink down" version of my original project.

    My system:

    Window 7 Ultimate 64 bit

    Ops I'm sorry. I removed it for previous bug report so I wasn't aware that this one still has it.

    There you go, removed touch2 from the project, game still crash anyways.

    7 events are enough to crash the game.(They don't make sense though)

    When enemy is spawn, the game crashes.

    (Backstory: After upgrading to R103,at some point i started run in to this error sparingly.

    Originally, i thought it was some error due to the event i set up to Pick the enemy of highest HP.

    However, after I deleted most of the innocents events, i found that it was not related to that.

    In fact, now I don't know what it is related to..As the 7 events that left out doesn't really make sense..)

    Error happen after upgrading from R95 to R103.

    When restarting the layout WITH enemy on it, it cause the error.

      The Return(1st Mix unmastered)

      I am curious, why "The Return(1st Mix unmastered)" does not end at 3:24? It was an epic finish (at 3:24) and I was quite..erm.. unease? when the music continues~

      Cyberpunk

      I can't seems to find the right volume to play the "cyberpunk". Too loud, the background sound hurt my ear, too soft then I couldn't get enough of the awesome beat you put in.

      5:06-5:30 sounds "offbeat?" to me..? Is it intended that way or ..?

      I also feel that 5:37 would be the perfect place to end the track, haha.. .. ..

      1:31-1:38 Sounds strange, I kinda heard 3 "Step", and their interval is strange too?

      1:44, perhaps because the bass and the melody began with the same note, it felt like a missing note!

      Transition between part and part might feel better if it has been slower?

      Haha, you said that nobody thought anything about your tracks, now here comes me that thought alot about it =P Hope you wasn't offended though.

      I should say that overall those were as good as any soundtrack that I have ever heard~ =) Good job~ (Especially the return, it was epic)

    • ramones Thank you so much! Now that I know how 'For each: ordered' can be use, I am sure I will use it somewhere else too =)

    • As the subject suggested, I tried to have the system pick the enemy with the highest HP (to shoot at).

      Although we have the condition: "Picking instance that are nearest or furthest",

      We don't have "picking instance that has highest/lowest instance variable value"

      In desperation I tried to created multiple subevent as in:

      Enemy HP > 0   ---set position of bullet to Enemy

         Enemy HP > 1    ---set position of bullet to Enemy

           Enemy HP > 2    ---set position of bullet to Enemy

             Enemy HP > 3    ---set position of bullet to Enemy

      And actually it works, but obviously it was very messy.

      I am sure there is a much clever way to do that, help thanks!~
