  • i couldn't open the capx some behaviors i didn't install can you tell us what is it??

    about mirrored i think you can use boolean variable or global variable

    yes or 1 = mirrored

    no or 0 = not mirrored

    about the stuffs above have you tried to put action wait 0.3 then reset your maxspeed

  • i think its a frame when he get hit it change to that then to normal one

  • the good good but does it has end or just for score??because i couldn't finish first level...some stuffs i didn't like :

    the powers -.- why we get like laser power then we can get the normal power shoot.. even the powers will not destroy it keep bouncing in the screen so i must take it so you should make powers keep getting powerful not changing between them green,red,blue..

    also when i die why the layout restart?? if it score game or level game we should continue from where we died..

  • hmm ok the idea i do it is : i put sprite with all buttons i want like pause,resume , levels,... these stuffs doesn't need text they need shapes for that so in 1 sprite i have about 8-10 frames so put them with animation speed 0 and i put them on screen and choose the frame i want ,

    so in event if mouse click and frame = 1 -->> pause game or whatever... and so on with all frames if you want create many buttons in screen like you want to create 3 buttons with i click pause you have to make 3 different sprites or there is another way but i think its harder to understand on the future ^^

  • see i did it but the problem is with angle and flipping and these stuffs you can keep trying until you get them perfect

    if you want to fly put 8 direction behavior on your player and do events like this:

    system :on start of layout --> player : 8direction disable,Platform enable

    keyboard: press (anything) --> player :8direction enable,platform disable

    so now if you press the key you choose you will fly ^^ even you can change that key as if player collision with something or whatever you want

  • Erndog2k , thanks for using my capx and checking for glitches and bugs ^^ i wish you found more so i fix it ^^

    the glitches is :

    when i click x button while collision with wall i stick.

    when i click z button and move to wall i stick.

    i made 90degree wall instead of x button but still has some bugs.

    so what happened? i have fixed all of these 3 problems i made that with some variables and collision sprite ^^

  • yesterday i was going to ask about creating four gravities (left,right,down,up) in how do i...section because i found some problems but i tried to re-try and see whats the problem in my capx and i think i found it and fixed it ^^

    some of stuffs on the four gravities:

    1) i used 2 (8-direction )and (bullet) behaviors on the player.

    2)when you are on up,down gravities you can only use left,right arrow keys to move and if you want to move from up to down click "Z" .

    3)when you are on left,down gravities you can only use up,down arrow keys to move and if you want to move from left to right click "Z".

    4) if you want to change your gravity from up or down to left and right click "Z then X" or click "X".

    5)while you clicked "Z" you can move a little .

    ok last thing i wanna say that i'm going to use this technique in my (next next game) i hope someone need it too ^^

    here is the capx. if you found any bug tell me so i can fix it later ^^
