  • nice looking sprites!

  • Great working with you! Look forward to more in the future!

  • Does C3 happen to support this video format?

    Thanks,

    Rich

  • The person I am working with found a way to do this...

  • Actually we found a good doc here in the KB that we have implemented.

  • Hello all!

I recently hooked up with another creative mind on here to start working on some projects. So for those of you who collaborate/work together on the same capx file what do you do so the changes are shown?

Like If I wanted to add High Score and Game Over Layout/Event Sheet while my partner wanted to iron out some bugs in player controls?

Currently we both have offline files of the same capx but would want the files to sync the changes...is that possible? Or does one person have to do their thing then send the capx back over to the other so they can do their change?

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • I am helping someone else with the issue but it just looks like he has mouse enabled. Player1 moves with the mouse cursor from what I can tell

oosyrag - i'll check it out. Thanks

  • Is it possible to have a mouse controlled player object not pass through a solid? I can get it to work with KB but not mouse controlled. I saw a post from 4 years ago which makes it sound like it is not possible.

Curious if something has come up with a workaround since then.

    Thanks

  • I see what the issue is. I can do it how I like if I use KB commands but if I do mouse it does not see "wall" as a solid and just goes through it.

    Ideas?

  • delete

  • shoiot I did not mean to put this here...can someone move it to "How To...."

    Sorry

  • Player Hits solid Object and it acts like a wall, but the same obj can be destroyed by another obj.

Been awhile since I messed with Construct 2 so pardon the silly question.

I want to have it where player1 runs into obj1 it acts like a wall or barrier. But obj1 can be destroyed by laser1. Seems like it should be easy but I think the only way I worked with things like this is using it as a solid...which I think then it cannot be destroyed with another collision command.

    Thanks,

    Rci
