  • Well maybe my question was a little convoluted. I have a local variable on a sprite in my game that gets reset every time I load a new layout. Is that object not persistent?

  • I increment the the level variable and it just resets back to 1 when I enter a new level.

  • Ok I am having a really rough time loading new levels could someone take a look at my capx and give me a hand with this problem? It seems to me that when I load a new level all instances of my level are new. Maybe I am doing everything wrong?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hey guys, I have completed 5 levels. I have been staring at my game for some time now I could use some new eyes and brains to help me make this game better. Also I have included my capx if someone is interested in enlightening my usage of the event sheet. I am sure there are better ways to do things. <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle"> <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle"> <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle"> <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle"> <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle"> <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle"> <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle"> Cheers Computer Mates!

  • It seems that when you have a sin behavior that has zeroed out values you object flies away somewhere. I found this out because I set leaves in my game to wiggle at random values. Not sure if this even classifies as a bug but if you want to set manual sin values for all your instances just give sin a period a number then change it.

    Here is my capx. CAPXXX

  • ok will pop out a project. Thanks for making this program Ashley. Its stupendous
