That's weird... does Dropbox change links frequently? Well, I copied & pasted the link again. Hope it works now!
Great, works now. And as promised, here's my attempt:
Link - Dropbox
It's probably not dropbox then. Did you try exporting again?
Something like this?
Another Example
Does the problem start after you export the game, or after you upload to dropbox?
You can use "Compare Y" condition under Size & Postition instead of "Every X seconds".

Edit: Ok, I might have misunderstood what you meant. Can't open your capx since it uses plugins.
Your link is outdated, if I can see a .capx I'll be happy to help out.
Yes it does, it looks like you're using bullet behaviour and changing the angle, so this could maybe work for you?

Do you just open it, or do you use the public link?

Not as a shared link, you need to put the exported project in the Public folder:
If you export your game to your dropbox public folder, you can right click the index.html file and select "copy public link" and paste it here. That would be the easiest way to share your game.
Sorry, your file uses plugins, so I can't open it. But if you use the bullet behaviour, you should do as Nochek says and make sure your sprites are aligned with the objects angle.
You can use the "Set flipped" and "Set mirrored" actions to flip or mirror frames.
