  • Thank you for the guide and for answering my question. Could you explain when to choose scale inner versus scale outer?

It feels like scale outer is safer. ( since scale inner might cut something important) .. but on the other hand scale outer can do it too, right? Some people say that you should place objects only in safe zone, so they wont be cut. But how do i know where is safe zone? It is very confusing. Could you please explain this? Thank you

  • When i set screen size to 854px & 480px my sprites look like crap. How do i fix that? Screen size used to be 1280x720.

  • LaDestitute thanks for the advice

oosyrag I actually want to store all of my objects in the array. But how do i manage all them? Using UID looks like a simple solution for me, but some of those objects have uid from 5000 to 15000.

    I was using:

    object.x set to array.at(object.uid) to object.x

    It works well... kinda.

Since the array is so huge game starts to freeze a little, when player interacts with those objects.

Using IID is not an option. I need something similar to UID but with better performance.

Also could you give me an example to what a placeholder is? (I'll make a guess: it is another sprite, that contains data, so on start of layout i replace "placeholder" with needed object. Right? If yes, thats not what i need)

  • How do I set different instance variable to many objects of the same type? Obviously there is a way to do it manually. But what if I have 1000 objects of these type. Is there an automated solution?

"On created" wont work, because they are already on the layout.

Well, first of all im using cocoon, so i can't really help.

    But i suggest reading these:

    scirra.com/tutorials/4896/simplest-appodeal-tutorial-high-ecpm-earning-ads

    scirra.com/tutorials/4866/how-to-integrate-ads-into-intel-xdk-android-apps-crosswalk-high-ecpm

    And one more thing.

One of the guys who helped me said: in appodeal's instruction there is a step where you need to add appodeal plugin from github to xdk. But after intel's update game won't compile if you do so. But if you wont add plugin to intel, then it should work. And you will be able to see ads. (Translated from russian. Hope you can understand this)

    Glad to help

  • Yes, thank you. I have appodeal stuff installed and running. But their plugin doesnt have callbacks/conditions, so you cant check if ad has been shown, if its loaded etc.

Thats why im interested in plugin made by cranberrygame.

So which one of those is made for appodeal?

  • I'm sorry, which one of them? I can't see anything related to appodeal...

  • Noga

    cranberrygame

Hey guys, i dont quite get it. Is plugin for appodeal callbacks ready? Can i use it? If yes, where do i find it? How is it called?

    Thank you

Login at appodeal website, admob website and google developers website.(console.developers.google.com) At the same time.

Click on chrome extension and run every step. Chrome extension should connect admob with appodeal and develooper console. It is a script that runs almost automatically. (sometimes you need to do a few clicks) Then you need to create app on appodeal website, right there you will be given appkey. Go to c2, right click and add AppodealPlugin, click on it and set that appkey to the AppodealPlugin (inside of c2).
